Research
My research interests and activities focus on three core areas: gender and diversity, social responsibility and social identity theory and applications. This research seeks to contribute knowledge within the management literature as well as within my disciplinary-based area of social psychology. In addition, the interface between research and practice has been a central focus of my work both in learning from organizations to inform research and taking research into actual organizational practice through targeted business engagement. This research statement reviews examples of my work across these three key areas, provides illustrations of collaboration with students and describes my research impact.
