My teaching experience has spanned all academic levels (undergraduate, graduate, executive education and doctoral). I have taught a variety of courses from required to elective courses, large enrollment to small seminars and traditional lectures to special project courses. Over the years, my approach to teaching based on both experience and student feedback has evolved from a primary use of a traditional lecture format to one that is more interactive and experiential in nature. This statement of teaching details this approach, as well as provides examples of my teaching innovation and outlines my teaching impact.
